Single Origin Ethiopian

This coffee typically has a smaller more dense bean. It was processed by the farmer in a natural method, giving the beans an opportunity to have a sweetness that is quintessential to this region. The roast is left for a shorter period of time allowing the sweet notes and acidity to stay alive. Ethiopian coffees are some of Free Fall’s favorite and what made them fall in love with coffee in the first place!
